A to Z is the place we arrived at after long journeying in the South African organisational landscape. As a team, we acquired skills, relationships, experience, and lessons. Those lessons brought wisdom, accessible as needed, and compassion to our engagements. Sometimes we have to dig a little deeper to access the lessons learnt.
We took time out from our organisational lives which freed our unique gifts and helped us to gain a renewed perspective. We found that nature, community, ritual and artistic expression are helpful in accessing our humanity and purpose. These explorations brought us to the place where we could see “the true shape of our own face” as expressed in the poem Tilicho Lake by David Whyte.
A to Z was formed as we were each coming to the end of our individual corporate journeys. Our vision for A to Z emerged organically but not without effort. Notwithstanding the family connections, we consciously work at creating harmony from dissonance to realise the unique chemistry in our team. We make space for our individual expressions and find ways to bring structure (coherence) to our organisation. Covid-19 and the accompanying lockdown rapidly brought us into the virtual world. Our flagship course, Instructor Led Digital Learning (ILDL), was a direct response to this new challenge.
We find that we are grateful to have been tested in this way before we could become grounded in habits that are hard to break.
We are uniquely suited to unlock the unique assets and contribution of your teams and individuals so that you can be alive to your purpose in the world.
