Virtual Host services
We continue to research and play with creative ways of improving our digital facilitation and Host skills. We have honed our expertise in technical Hosting, and are happy to host your online / virtual meeting or programme for you.
Projects that we have provided Host services for are:
- ExecuThink – SGB training for the WCED
- Women in Leadership fellowship programme for SCAT. A to Z also designed the learning content.
- Video editing programme for ACCT. A to Z also designed the supporting learning material for the virtual classrooms.
Instructor Led Digital Learning programme
The ILDL was born out of the overwhelming need to work remotely. One on one and group sessions that had previously been facilitated in person now needed to be facilitated virtually. Our ILDL programme has been designed to repurpose facilitation skills of experienced facilitators, coaches, teachers, line managers and learning practitioners.
Outcome
Our ILDL program offers you the theoretical, practical and experiential support to guide your transition from traditional classroom facilitation to virtual facilitation.
Duration
Over 4 weeks with a total of 15 hours of learning time.
Virtual Host training
Now that virtual and blended facilitation is the norm, supporting the facilitator to in taking each virtual learning session to a seamless and engaged level is the role of the virtual Host.
Outcome
Our training equips you as the Host to be able to be able to manage all the behind-the-scenes technical aspects that is needed in a virtual learning session.
Duration
Over 3 weeks with a total of 10 hours of learning time.
Integrated virtual facilitation and Host programme
The integrated virtual facilitation and Host programme is a natural progression from the ILDL and Host programme – it brings together the integration of the 2 skills.
Outcome
Our experiential programme offers you the opportunity to integrate the skill of virtual facilitation and technical host in one programme.
Duration
Over 7 weeks with a total of 25 hours of learning time.
